Certification Examination Retake

In the event that a candidate does not pass on their initial attempt at the examination, we strongly urge them to continue their studies and retake the exam. It bears noting that there is no waiting period to retake the exam for the second time. However, in the event that a candidate has failed twice, they must wait for a period of six months prior to their third attempt. This policy has been implemented with the goal of maintaining the security of the examination and reducing the likelihood of candidates being exposed to examination questions. If a candidate fails to pass the examination within the six-month eligibility period, they will be required to reapply for certification.

The virtual self-paced CHISL Prep Course takes the learner on a deeper dive into the constructs of the CHISL Examination. Students will learn from expert CHISL leaders, experienced in the both the field and in the CHISL program.
