Certification Renewal

Renewal requirements include: renewal fee and minimum 45 approved Continuing Education Units (CEUs) (minimum 22.5 from CHIME offerings).

Complete your renewal fee for CHCIO, CHISL, or CDH up to 6 months in advance of your renewal date.

*Please note that if you have multiple renewals, add Certification Renewal - Additional Credential(s) to your order.
