This exam retake may only be purchased by candidates who were previously enrolled in the corresponding certification exam within the past 30 days.

Eligibility is verified by the organization. Purchasing this product does not guarantee access if eligibility requirements are not met.

If an individual purchases this exam retake without meeting eligibility requirements, exam access will not be granted.

The organization reserves the right to cancel or invalidate exam access at any time if a purchase is found to be ineligible or inconsistent with certification policies.

CDH-E candidates have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the exam retake.

If the exam is not completed within this 30‑day window, all exam access will expire automatically.

Expired exam access cannot be reinstated, extended, or reactivated.

If a candidate’s original program enrollment has expired, this product provides exam‑only access strictly.

Access to program materials, practice exams, or learning resources is not included and will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

All exam retake purchases are final.

No refunds, credits, substitutions, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Ineligible purchases
  • Failure to take the exam within the 30‑day access period
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Technical issues outside the organization’s control

Responsibility for confirming eligibility and completing the exam within the allotted timeframe rests solely with the candidate.
