Exam Retake

In the event that a candidate does not pass the exam on their initial attempt, we encourage them to continue their studies and retake the exam. Candidates have 90 days from the date of purchase to retake the examination.

There is no waiting period required before making a second attempt. However, if a candidate does not pass after two attempts, a six‑month waiting period is required before a third attempt may be scheduled. This policy helps maintain exam security and ensures candidates have sufficient time to gain additional experience where needed.
